The customer receives the payment confirmation receipt via email within 15 minutes of successful booking. The confirmation voucher will be released via email in less than 48 hours after customers making deposit. To confirm the booking, 30% deposit of total tour cost will be required (not applied for prepaid service such as flight tickets, train tickets, early bird rate, etc). The remaining balance will need to be paid on the starting day of the tour.
If cancellation are made 15 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of deposit will be charged as cancellation fees If cancellation are made 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 75.0% of deposit will be charged as cancellation fees If cancellation are made 0 days to 7 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of deposit will be charged as cancellation fees.
100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 0 days before the date of travel.
After the final programs were confirmed from both sides, Tripigen has the right to refuse all the change from the customers. To support for the customers, we will apply the policy below: If the changes are made 15 days before travel date, Tripigen will charge no changing fee and send back the customers the final itinerary. If the changes are made less than 15 days before the travel date, Tripigen has the right to refuse to change. Customers will need to pay the extra for any fees that caused by these changes.
