Arrival in Bhutan – Thimphu Arrive at Paro Airport and transfer to Thimphu. Check into your hotel and spend the day at leisure. Visit the Centenary Farmers Market (open on weekends) or explore the Tashichho Dzong and The Monk Body’s Block in the evening. Return to your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay. Distance: 51 km Time: 1.5 hours
Thimphu Sightseeing Enjoy breakfast and embark on a sightseeing tour of Thimphu. Visit the National Memorial Chorten and Buddha Point (Kuensel Phodrang) for panoramic valley views. Explore Changangkha Monastery, Takin Zoo, Changlimithang Stadium, the Jungshi Handmade Paper Factory, and the Institute for Zorig Chusum (13 Arts and Crafts School). Return to your hotel for the night.
Thimphu to Punakha After breakfast, travel to Punakha, stopping at Dochula Pass to view Bhutan’s highest peaks. Continue to Punakha and visit the Punakha Dzong, a 17th-century fortress at the confluence of the Po and Mo Chu rivers. Also, visit Chhimi Lhakhang, the Temple of Fertility. Check in at your Punakha hotel and rest. Distance: 86 km Time: 2.5 hours
Punakha to Paro Check out after breakfast and drive to Paro. Enjoy scenic views of Shaba River Point and Paro Airport along the way. Arrive in Paro, check into your hotel, and visit Paro Dzong, an impressive fortress with a rich history. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay. Distance: 127 km Time: 3.5 hours
Paro – Taktsang Monastery Trek After breakfast, embark on a trek to the famous Taktsang Monastery (Tiger’s Nest), perched atop a cliff. This 5-hour trek offers stunning views and a rewarding experience. After your visit, return to your hotel for a relaxing overnight stay.

The customer receives the payment confirmation receipt via email within 15 minutes of successful booking. The confirmation voucher will be released via email in less than 48 hours after customers making deposit. To confirm the booking, 30% deposit of total tour cost will be required (not applied for prepaid service such as flight tickets, train tickets, early bird rate, etc). The remaining balance will need to be paid on the starting day of the tour.
If cancellation are made 15 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of deposit will be charged as cancellation fees If cancellation are made 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 75.0% of deposit will be charged as cancellation fees If cancellation are made 0 days to 7 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of deposit will be charged as cancellation fees.
100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 0 days before the date of travel.
After the final programs were confirmed from both sides, Tripigen has the right to refuse all the change from the customers. To support for the customers, we will apply the policy below: If the changes are made 15 days before travel date, Tripigen will charge no changing fee and send back the customers the final itinerary. If the changes are made less than 15 days before the travel date, Tripigen has the right to refuse to change. Customers will need to pay the extra for any fees that caused by these changes.
